• Receiving tasks:
• Unloading shipments and physically inspecting items for quantity, quality, and condition.  
• Verifying shipments against purchase orders or invoices and accurately entering data into inventory systems.  
• Tagging, labeling, and placing items in storage with proper rotation. 
• Keeping the work area clean, reporting discrepancies or damage, and following safety procedures.

• Preparing outbound shipments, printing labels, processing freight, and coordinating with drivers or carriers.

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clamp Operator to join our manufacturing team in the cabinet assembly area. The Clamp Operator will be responsible for operating clamping equipment, assembling cabinet components, and ensuring products meet company quality standards.

• Operate clamp machines to assemble cabinet frames and components.
• Use hand and power tools such as pneumatic staplers, drills, and wood glue applicators.
• Read and interpret production orders, blueprints, or assembly instructions.
• Inspect assembled products for accuracy, quality, and durability.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following company safety policies.
• Report any defects, malfunctions, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in manufacturing or cabinet assembly preferred.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment such as pneumatic staplers, wood glue, and drills.
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety standards.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing, bending, and manual handling for most of the shift.
• Operating machinery and tools safely.
